*poke* Someone posted something. It was forumer.com/profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=14>this joker. And no, we're not all posting on AOE hidden forum thingie. We're posting on the "OMG, Ghostly is such a DORK" hidden forum thingie. :p Seriously, though, it's just kinda dead here. Seems to be the case in a lot of forums about now.

I assumed that since school was out, and previously school took up the majority of the day, that I should have more free time. School + Freetime + Sleep vs. Freetime + Sleep Silly lagomorph. It's a basic paradoxical truth that more free time invariably means LESS free time. My parents, for example, are busier now that they're retired than they EVER were while working. Me? I'm waiting for peeps to set up Diablo times. I've tried 1/2 dozen times already and nobody shows. I've been pretty bad on that score myself. And I have so far to go to catch up now. I'll see if I can work on it, but (and I'm actually embarassed to admit this) I'm actually becoming a bit of a fitness junky. :shock:

I drink spinach shakes for breakfast. I'm with you there - JUST DO IT!

Well, that's more than I do, but it's growing on me. But... spinach shakes? BLEAH! Even though I can't have regular shakes any more, I'd NEVER consider substituting a SPINACH shake. Gross!

An important part of health is getting the nutrition your body needs while forcing the crap out of your diet. Spinach Shake Two nice handfuls of pre-washed spinach. 1 banana 8-12 oz of soy milk. Blend until smooth. The mixture is suprisingly sweet and very easy to get down. Is it my favorite breakfast - no - that would be Eggs Bennedict. However, the spinach is really good for me and even before I leave the house in the morning I've had a healthy serving of vegetables. My brother takes it further - he blends spinach, tomato, brocolli, green beans and so forth so before he leaves the house in the morning he's had more vegatables than most people get in 3 days. I'd recommend reading Dr. Furhman's book "Eat to Live" http://drfuhrman.com/ Once you feel like you feel when you get tons of good veggies every day you'll not want to go back. Blending is a good way to down a wallop of the stuff without even having to taste it.
